District Retirement Services was founded in 2023 upon the idea that any business should be able to support a qualified retirement plan for themselves and their employees. The complexities of the various regulations should not be a barrier to any business who wishes to start-up and maintain a plan.

After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2005, Alex has spent the past 18 years working with various clients/plan sponsors to help them maintain successful qualified retirement plans. He has developed a reputation of sensible solutions explained in an easily understood manner, allowing his clients to feel comfortable with recommended courses of action.

Through the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), Alex holds the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation signifying comprehensive understanding of 401(k) plan design and administration.
